An ode to NPR

This morning I heard an awesome story on NPR...it was about canning.  I've written about preserving and canning here before, so I don't want to do much overkill today.  I'll just give you the link so if you're so inclined to read it (or listen to it-so you can hear the wonderful sound they've included) you may do so.  I adore listening to Morning Edition as I drive to school every day, just so I can find some wonderful gems like this...
